"Trusted my gut and kept looking"
I was really hoping there’d be more cabinet styles to choose from, but a lot of them felt similar to me. I kept trying to picture them in my kitchen, and my gut was telling me none of them were quite right. Just didn’t find a style that fit what I was looking for.

"Returning it was way more frustrating than expected"
I expected the return to be straightforward, but it ended up being a real hassle. I had an issue with my order and getting anyone to help took forever. The replies were slow, and it felt like no one was really trying to sort it out. I kept getting bounced around without anything actually getting fixed. Definitely not the experience I thought I’d have, and I probably wouldn’t order from here again

"Order showed up with the wrong pieces"
My order arrived, and right away I could tell something was off. Some of the cabinet pieces weren’t the ones I picked, and a few of the sizes didn’t match my selections either. I ended up having to lay everything out and double-check it all, which was such a hassle. Weirdly, I remember one of the boxes had a bright green sticker on it that said “checked,” which made the whole thing even more annoying. I really just expected it to be right the first time

"Ended up spending more than I planned"
At first I thought the prices seemed reasonable, but once I started adding the extras I actually needed, it didn’t feel like much of a bargain anymore. I also felt a bit pressured to just go ahead with it, even though the total was getting higher than I expected. The quality was okay, nothing terrible, but I don’t think it was worth what I ended up paying

i mean, the delivery was definitely rough. The boxes arrived all banged up, which was disappointing.

"Putting it together felt way harder than it should have"
Assembling this was a real headache. Some of the parts didn’t line up the way they were supposed to, and the instructions somehow made the whole process more confusing instead of helping. I don’t mind putting in the work, but it feels only fair that a product should be designed well enough for customers to assemble without guessing or forcing pieces together

I used rtacabinetstore.com mainly because I needed help figuring out the measurements and planning out my kitchen cabinet layout, since I’m definitely not someone who does this kind of thing all the time. They were helpful overall and explained what I needed to double-check, like which measurements mattered most and where I should be more careful. They also caught one area where I had measured wrong, which saved me from probably ordering something that wouldn’t have fit right.
The only downside was that it wasn’t the quickest process. I had to send a few follow-up messages and wait for things to be clarified before I really felt confident about moving forward. It wasn’t a bad experience, and I do feel like they helped me avoid mistakes, but I wish it had been a little smoother and more straightforward for someone like me who doesn’t already know how cabinet measuring and layout planning is supposed to work.

I came in hoping someone could help me but no one did. I waited around and felt ignored the whole time. Not a great experience.

"Shipping was much slower than expected"
I ordered these cabinets expecting the shipping to be about the same as other home improvement stuff I’ve bought online, but this took way longer than I was prepared for. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I kept having to check it myself and still didn’t really know what was going on.

I understand delays happen, but compared to other companies I’ve ordered from, the communication just wasn’t there. I reached out trying to get a clear idea of when the order would actually leave, and the answers were vague, which left my project stuck waiting.
The cabinets themselves might be perfectly fine, but the shipping experience was frustrating enough that I’d probably choose a different place next time. When I compare the wait and communication to other orders I’ve had, this one just felt like way more hassle than it should’ve been.
